Videos

Below are videos from various presentations, interviews and panels in which I've been involved (and managed to get on film!). I'll continue to update this page when more videos are available...so please check back. Also, more information on some of the presentations I give is located here.

WebProNews Interview (running at 5:25): In September 2008 I I was interviewed by WebProNews as part of a 2-part speaking engagement where I presented on branding and social media at Small Business Marketing Unleashed, aka "SBMU" in Columbus, Ohio.

Big-Impact Branding: here is an overview of the Big-Impact Branding speech I gave at SBMU in September, 2008 (the speech runs well over an hour but the below is right at 3:30).

Sun Microsystems Conference: this segment (running at a little over 5:40) is from a panel at Sun Microsystem's Startup Camp in May 2008 given to a group of 650 early-stage startup companies and entrepreneurs. This portion focuses on branding and brand categories--and the importance of infusing personality into all your brand communications.

Sun Microsystems Conference: this segment (running at 4:17) is from a panel at Sun Microsystems' Startup Camp in May 2008 given to a group of 650 early-stage startup companies and entrepreneurs. It focuses on messaging and how startups really need to do their broad-based homework to hit on very quick, compelling and, hopefully, meaningful messages.

Video Panel: this segment (running at 3:44 minutes) is from a Video Panel taped in June 2008 titled Social Media & The Tech Entrepreneur and focuses on the question of "How has marketing changed with the 'new guard' of social media?" (There are nine videos in this series and they're all located right here.)

Video Panel: this segment (running at 3:17 minutes) is from a Video Panel taped in June 2008 titled Social Media & The Tech Entrepreneur and focuses on the question "With so many social media tools available to entrepreneurs and startups, how to decide which tool is best for your company?" (There are nine videos in this series and they're all located right here.)

Election '08 Video Panel: this segment (running at 3:07) is part of a panelcast focusing on the marketing behind the politics wherein this piece we focus on "positioning" of the candidate's brands. There are several videos in this series and they are located right here.
