A Unique Model Blending The Best Aspects of Training and Marketing
To ensure a successful transition, our model blends the best aspects of both training and marketing. So once your social media training completes, your new marketing plan begins.
Teaching what you need to know, why you need to know it and arming you with program ideas and recommendations on how best to put it all to use, our 3-part model involves:
•#1: Conduct Discovery
At the outset of the project,
we conduct tele-interviews with your team members and collaborate with you to prepare briefings of your business environment which we use to inform and tailor all training content.
The upfront analysis we conduct ensures our training sessions and case study examples are always hyper-relevant and customized around your specific business sector, product and service offerings, customer audiences (B2B or B2C) and competitive landscape.
•#2: Hold Training Sessions
Held on-site at your company over a multi-day format, training sessions are split into four areas--ranging market transitions and implications, social media tools and technologies, marketing best practices and strategic planning. Sessions cover a vast breadth and depth of principles, practices and recommendations across four tracks of:
- Drivers & Principles: Shifting To The New Mindset.
- Tools and Technologies: Understanding The New Media.
- Best Practices: Succeeding In The New Marketing.
- Strategy & Planning: Developing Your New Plan.

•#3: Prepare Marketing Recommendations and Program Ideas
In addition to the training sessions we develop a set of strategic recommendations and program ideas structured around your objectives, customer audiences, and challenges. While many recommendations and ideas are discussed on-site, a formal report, with additional analysis and recommendations, is submitted and reviewed with your team approximately 7-10 days after the close of training sessions.
